Viewing Players' Comments and comment replies

Note: This feature is available on the Admin Dashboard to Project Owners, Project Administrators and Project Moderators.

Use Moderate Comments to view and manage comments posted by Players. You can view:

• Topic comments - comments posted on a Topic
• Content comments - Comments posted on a Content
• Comments to Player’s completions - Comments posted on a Player’s Challenge completion

View Topic Comments and Replies

1. On the Admin Dashboard, select the Project you want to manage.
2. Go Project Tools 
3. Select “Moderate Comments”.
4. Look for “Topic Comments” and click “Moderate Comments”.
5. Under View Comments by, select an option from the dropdown:
   • All Topics in this Project to view Topic comments across the entire Project, or
   • A specific Topic to view comments from that Topic only.
6. You can also search for comments by the Player’s name or email address.
7. For each comment, you have the options to reply, edit, or delete it.

View Content Comments and Replies

1. On the Admin Dashboard, select the Project you want to manage.
2. Go Project Tools 
3. Select “Moderate Comments”.
4. Look for “Content Comments” and click “Moderate Comments”.
5. Under Select a Topic, select an option from the dropdown:
   1. All Topics in this Project to view Content comments across the entire Project, or
   2. A specific Topic to view comments from that Topic only.
6. Under Select a Challenge, select an option from the dropdown:
   1. All Content in this Project to view Content comments across the entire Project, or
   2. A specific Challenge to view comments from that challenge only.
7. You can also search for comments by the Player’s name or email address.
8. For each comment, you have the options to reply, edit, or delete it.

Comments to Player Completions and Replies

1. On the Admin Dashboard, select the Project you want to manage.
2. Go Project Tools 
3. Select “Moderate Comments”.
4. Look for “Comments to Player Completions and Replies” and click “Moderate Comments”.
5. Under Select a Topic, select an option from the dropdown:
   1. All Topics in this Project to view Content comments across the entire Project, or
   2. A specific Topic to view comments from that Topic only.
6. Under Select a Challenge, select an option from the dropdown:
   1. All Content in this Project to view Content comments across the entire Project, or
   2. A specific Challenge to view comments from that challenge only.
7. You can also search for comments by the Player’s name or email address.
8. For each comment, you have the options to reply, edit, or delete it.
