Only Challenges can be set to expire; Flashcards cannot be expired. Scheduling a Challenge to expire allows it to automatically become unavailable at a specified date and time. Once a Challenge has expired, Players can still view the Challenge but will no longer be able to complete it.
To set or edit a expire date and time for content:
- From the Admin Dashboard, select the Project you want to manage.
- Select the Topic that contains the Content.
- In the Content list, create a new content or locate the content you want to schedule publish and click on it.
-
Scroll to the Scheduling and Frequency Settings section and locate Expire this on.
- If you are editing a Flashcard, expand View Settings to access this option.
- Click the date selector to choose a publish date.
- Optionally, select a publish time from the dropdown list.
- The time follows your account's preferred timezone.
- If a publish date is selected without a time, the content will be published automatically on the chosen date based on your account's preferred timezone.
- Click "Save Details" to apply the schedule.

NOTE: Expiring a Challenge is different from unpublishing a content

HOT TIPS! Always pick an expiry date and time later than the publish date and time. |
