Deleting Players' Comments

Note: This feature is available on the Admin Dashboard to Project Owners, Project Administrators and Project Moderators.

To delete a Player's comment:

  1. From the Admin Dashboard, select the Project where you would like to manage comments.
  2. Go to Project Tools.
  3. Select “Moderate Comments”.
  4. View Players' Comments.
  5. Locate the comment you would like to delete.
    1. Comments may be found on a Topic, Content or Player completion.
    2. You can delete both comments and replies.
  6. Click “Delete”. 
  7. Review the confirmation message and confirm the deletion.

NOTES:

  • Deleting a comment will also delete all replies to that comment.
  • Deleting a Player's comment does not remove any points or achievements that were awarded for the associated activity.
  • Deleted comments will be reflected accordingly in the Analytics Dashboard and Comments Report.
