Deleting Players' Comments – Gametize

✓ Project Owner ✓ Project Administrator ✓ Project Moderator

To do so:

From the Admin Dashboard, select a Project for which you would like to manage comments.
Go to Project Tools and select “Comments Moderation” under Moderation Tools.
Go on to view Players' Comments.
Search for the single Player's comment you would like to reply to.
1. You can do so on comments on a Flashcard or Challenge, a Topic, or a Challenge completion.
2. You can also do so in the comments or their replies.
Click “Delete” .
You will be redirected to confirm the deletion.

Deleting a comment removes its replies too.
Deleting a Player’s comment does not remove the points and achievements associated with it. However, it does get reflected in the comments in the analytics dashboard and comments report.
