Supertize, powered by Gametize, offers a simple email-first login experience. You can sign in without remembering a password, while password and Google sign-in remain available as alternatives.
How the new login works
- Visit web.supertize.com.
- Enter your email address.
- Supertize checks whether the email address is registered and recommends the appropriate next step.
- For eligible existing accounts, a one-time password (OTP) is automatically sent to your registered email address. You do not need to request it manually.
- Check your inbox, enter the verification code, and sign in.
New to Supertize? Create your account
If your email address is not yet registered, Supertize guides you through account creation:
- Enter your email address.
- Provide your preferred name when prompted.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email address.
- Follow the on-screen steps to continue into Supertize.
You do not need to set a password during this process. If you would like to create one later, visit Account Settings after signing in.
Other ways to sign in
Email and password
If your account has an existing password, you can continue using it as an alternative sign-in method. If you signed up without a password and would like to set one, sign in and go to Account Settings.
Google sign-in
You can also choose Google sign-in and follow the Google authentication steps, using the Google account associated with your Supertize account where supported.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to request an OTP?
No. Enter your email address and Supertize checks your account status and guides you through the next step, automatically sending an OTP when applicable.
What if my email is not registered?
You'll be prompted to enter your preferred name and an email verification code, then follow the on-screen steps to continue.
Do new users need to create a password?
No. You can get started using email verification. To set a password later, go to Account Settings.
Can I still use my password or Google sign-in?
Yes. Both remain available as alternative sign-in methods, subject to your account setup.
What if I do not receive the OTP?
Check your spam or junk folder and confirm you entered the correct email address. Where available, use another sign-in method.
Will my progress be affected?
Signing in to the same account preserves the progress and achievements associated with that account.
Should I share my OTP?
No. Never share your verification code with anyone.
