1. (Recommended) Contact your project/game's Administrator – Players should first reach out to the administrator of the specific game or project for assistance. If you’re unsure how to contact them, check the menu options within your project for details. If you're unable to reach them, proceed to the next option.
2. Email Support – For technical issues, you can email Gametize's support team at support@gametize.com
3. Community Forum or Chat – Some projects may have a dedicated community or chat feature where players can ask questions and get help from other players or contact the admin.
4. In-App Support – If enabled by the project administrator, players may have access to a "Help" or "Support" section within the Project/Game/Experience for assistance.
