Will the backend and bandwidth be able to support such a group size (e.g. 550 pax) at the same time?

Gametize has a Fair Use Policy (also referred to as the FUP) for its Software as a Service (SaaS) Products: Gametize.com.Through the FUP, we seek to ensure an optimal, as well as fair, user experience and support experience for all our customers.

Our platform is able to support such a group size of 550 pax. However, we consider more than 5,000 users from a single project coming in at the same time to be the limit for affecting the server’s performance. 

We would recommend informing Gametize Support (support@gametize.com) 5 working days before the actual event. This is so that we can prepare or scale our server when necessary to ensure that the app/platform runs smoothly during the event.
