What is the Account Suspension Policy?

User account suspension is usually due to signing in to the Admin Dashboard with the wrong password. The Player Web and the Gametize Mobile Apps do not have a suspension mechanism. Therefore, users will not get suspended despite multiple incorrect sign-in attempts.

If there are a cumulative total of 10 incorrect sign-in attempts within 1 hour (regardless of source) when attempting to sign in to the Admin Dashboard, the account will get suspended.

Example:

Sign in to Admin Dashboard at 2:22 pm
3 Incorrect sign-ins on the Mobile app between 2:26 - 2:27 pm
3 Incorrect sign-ins to Player Web at 2:28 pm
2 Incorrect sign-ins on the Mobile app at 2:30 pm
2 Incorrect sign-ins to Admin Dashboard at 2:31 pm - By now, there is a cumulative of 10 incorrect sign-ins. As the attempts are to sign in to the Admin Dashboard, the account gets suspended.
