Project Owner, Administrators, and Moderators of the same Project have a dedicated group chat in the Inbox function, where you can view and send messages within the Admin group. To do so:
- On your Dashboard, click in the top right corner to launch the Inbox.
- Search for and select a Project which you would like to view and send messages to the Admin group.
- Select the tab.
- Search and select “Admin Group”.
- You can view messages sent by the Project Owner, Administrators, or Moderators from the selected Project.
- You may also type and click to send a message to the Admin group.
NOTE: Currently, the display of the sender information is not supported (i.e. you will not be able to know who sends a message in the Admin Group. It is recommended to also sign off before clicking send.
