As a Project Owner, Administrator, or Moderator, you are able to view enquiries sent in by Players. This article will cover the following:
The types of enquiries from Players

(1) A direct enquiry sent in via Feedback/Help, which includes
|
|
|
(2) Content Enquiry via Flashcards or Challenges, which includes:
|
|
|
(3) Report on another Player’s Challenge completion, which includes:

Viewing enquiries sent in by Players, via Messages
- On the Admin Dashboard, click on inbox icon next to your avatar in the top right corner to launch the Inbox.
- Search for and select a Project you would like to view Player enquiries.
- Select the "Messages" tab.
- Scroll through the list of Players and select any Player to view their enquiries.

Enquiries may include (learn more here):
- A direct enquiry sent in via Feedback/Help
- Content Enquiry via Flashcards or Challenges
- Report on another Player’s Challenge completion
- You may proceed to reply to the Player directly from the Inbox interface.
