As a Project Owner, Administrator, or Moderator, you are able to view enquiries sent in by Players. This article will cover the following:
The types of enquiries from Players
(1) A direct enquiry sent in via Feedback/Help, which includes
- Message content
- Date and time the message was sent

(2) Content Enquiry via Flashcards or Challenges, which includes:
- Message content
- Topic and Flashcard/Challenge title and ID
- The Reporter’s profile name, user ID and email address
- Date and time the message was sent

(3) Report on another Player’s Challenge completion, which includes:
- Message content
- Topic and Flashcard/Challenge title and ID
- The challenge completion ID
- The Reporter’s profile name, user ID and email address
- Date and time the message was sent

(4) Report on another Player, which includes:
- Message content
- Name and user ID of the Player who has been reported on
- Date and time the message was sent

Viewing enquiries sent in by Players, via Messages
- On your Dashboard, click in the top right corner to launch the Inbox.
- Search for and select a Project you would like to view Player enquiries.
- Select .
- Scroll to select any Player to view their enquiries.

- A direct enquiry sent in via Feedback/Help
- Content Enquiry via Flashcards or Challenges
- Report on another Player’s Challenge completion
- Report on another Player

NOTE: A red dot indicates unread message(s).
