Revoking an Achievement from Teams

Revoking an Achievement from Teams removes claim for all members in the team on the selected Achievement. You can do so for a single Team or for multiple Teams.

To revoke an achievement from a single Team

1. Go to Project Tools. Under ‘User Management & Awardables’,  select “Achievement Manager”.
2. Select and search for the Achievement you wish to act on.
3. Under the Actions column, select "View Recipients" to view the Teams which have unlocked the Achievement.
4. Search for the Team you wish to revoke the Achievement. 
5. Under the Actions column, select "Revoke Achievement". 
6. Go on to confirm the action on revoking the Team Achievement for the selected Team. 

Revoking an Achievement from multiple Teams via Bulk Action

1. Go to Project Tools. Under ‘User Management & Awardables’,  select “Achievement Manager”.
2. Select  and search for the Achievement you wish to act on.
3. Under the Actions column, select "View Recipients" to view the Teams which have unlocked the Achievement.
4. Under ‘Bulk Actions’, select "Revoke Achievements". 
5. Click  to confirm the action on revoking the Team Achievement for the selected Teams.
