Manually awarding an Achievement to Teams

Note: This feature is available to Project Owners and Project Administrators on the Admin Dashboard.

Manually awarding an Achievement allows you to bypass its unlocking rules and award it directly to selected teams. Team members do not need to complete the actions associated with the Achievement, even when unlocking rules have been configured.

To manually award an Achievement to Teams:

1. Sign in to your Administrator account at https://gametize.com/signin. 
2. Select the Project where you want to manually award an Achievement. 
3. Go to Project Tools and select Achievement Manager.
4. Select "Team Achievement". 
5. Scroll and search for the Team Achievement you wish to manually award. 
6. Under "Actions", select "Award Achievement to Teams".
7. Select the Teams you wish to award the Achievement to - this will award to all members of the selected Teams. 
8. Confirm your selection to complete. 

NOTE:

• When an Achievement should only be awarded manually by Project Administrators, use the unlocking rule "Only the Project Administrator can unlock this".
• You can also award Achievements automatically by configuring unlocking rules when creating or editing a Team Achievement.
