Revoking an Achievement from Players removes their claim on the selected Achievement. You can do so for a single Player or for multiple Players.

To revoke an achievement from a single Player
- Go to Project Tools. Under ‘User Management & Awardables’, select “Achievement Manager”.
- Select and search for the Achievement you wish to act on.
- Under the Actions column, select "View Recipients" to view Players who have unlocked the Achievement.
- Search for the Player you wish to revoke the Achievement.
- Under the Actions column, select "Revoke Achievement."
- Go on to confirm the action on revoking the Player Achievement for the selected Player.
Revoking an Achievement from multiple Players via Bulk Action
- Go to Project Tools. Under ‘User Management & Awardables’, select “Achievement Manager”.
- Select and search for the Achievement you wish to act on.
- Under the Actions column, select "View Recipients" to view Players who have unlocked the Achievement.
- Under Bulk Actions, select "Revoke Achievements".

Click to confirm the action on revoking the Player Achievement for the selected Players.
NOTE: After revoking an Achievement, Players may unlock the Achievement again the next time they fulfill the Achievement unlocking rule. |
