Archiving or Unarchiving Flashcards or Challenges

You may archive Topics that are currently not in use - keeping them out of view. This article will cover the following:

How to archive Flashcards or Challenges

Select a Topic with the Flashcard or Challenge you wish to archive.
On the Topic Manager, search for the Flashcard or Challenge you wish to archive. (Making sure that the Flashcard or Challenge is first unpublished).
On the Flashcard or Challenge card, click on to archive the selected Flashcard or Challenge.
You will notice that the archived Flashcard or Challenge is now hidden from the “Current” view.
You may view the archived Flashcard or Challenge in the “Archived” view.

NOTE: Once you’ve archived the Flashcard or Challenge, you will not be able to edit it. To edit, simply unarchive the Flashcard or Challenge.

NOTE: Unarchived Flashcard or Challenge remain unpublished.

Select a Topic with the Flashcard or Challenge you wish to unarchive.
On the Project Manager, click to view archived Flashcards or Challenges.
Search for the Flashcard or Challenge you wish to unarchive.
On the Flashcard or Challenge card, click on to unarchive the selected Flashcard or Challenge.
You will notice that the unarchived Flashcard or Challenge is now under the “Current” view.
