Archiving content allows you to keep unused content out of view without deleting it. This is useful for organising Topics while preserving content for future use. This article covers:
How to Archive Content
NOTE: Only unpublished Content can be archived. |
- From the Admin Dashboard, select the Project that contains the Content you want to archive.
- Select the Topic containing the Content.
- In the Content list, locate the Content you want to archive. Ensure the Content is unpublished before archiving.
- On the Content card, click "Archive".
- Once archived, the Content will be hidden from the Current tab.
- You may find archived Content in the “Archived” tab.
NOTE: Archived content cannot be edited. To make changes, you must first unarchive it. |
How to Unarchive Content
NOTE: Unarchived Content remains unpublished. |
- From the Admin Dashboard, select the Project that contains the archived Content.
- Select the Topic where the Content was archived.
- On the Topic Manager page, click Archived tab.
- Locate the Content you want to restore.
- On the Content card, click "Unarchive".
- Once unarchived, the content will reappear under the Current tab and can be edited or published as needed.
