NOTE: This feature is available to Project Owners and Project Administrators on the Admin Dashboard.
Shuffle Mode Topic accommodates most Content types except Flashcards and Minigames. A random set of Contents will be assigned to every player.
To do so:
- Select a Project you wish to create a Shuffle Mode Topic in.
- On the Project Manager, click "+ New Topic".

You will see 2 options:
- Select a Topic type - which will be used to illustrate the steps in this article.
- Select from a Topic Template - learn more here
- Click on Select a Topic Type tab and then click "Create a Shuffle Mode Topic".

Go on to fill in the details that describe this Topic.
- Upload a Topic image that illustrates the content of your Topic, or select one from the Gametize Image Library or Pixabay Images.
- Insert a Topic Title which summarizes the context of your Topic.
- Add a Topic Description to provide additional context (optional).
- If you have created one, you may select the Topic Category that this Topic belongs to (optional).
- Select the Topic Privacy. Decide if you would like all Players or only selected Players in the Project to access the Topic.

Under Send New Topic Notifications, select whether you want to send email notification and/or push notification to players.
Note: Notifications will not be sent if the Project is not published.
- Once all details are completed, click "Save Details" to create the Topic.
NOTE: After creating a Shuffle Mode Topic,
You would need to create the number of Challenges you wish to assign to each Player before you are able to publish the Topic.
You will not be able to edit any Shuffle Mode Topic-specific settings (i.e. number of Challenges to be assigned to each Player) if any of the Challenges have been assigned to any Player.
