Completing a Challenge for Players - Confirmation Challenge

As a Project Administrator, you can manually complete a Confirmation Challenge on behalf of one or more Players. This can be done for a single Player or multiple Players.

When completing a Confirmation Challenge for a Player, you will see 2 options: 

• For a Single Player
• For Multiple Players

For a Single Player:

1. On the Project Manager page, search for and select the Topic where the content is located.
2. In the Topic Manager, find the Video Challenge you want to edit.
3. On the right side of the content card, click “Complete Challenge for Players”.
4. Locate the For a Single Player section.
5. Enter the email address of the Player you want to complete the Challenge for. The email must belong to an existing Player in the selected Project.
6. Select an option from the available options.
7. Click “Complete Challenge” to complete the Challenge for the Player.

For Multiple Players:

To complete a Confirmation Challenge for multiple Players at once, you must upload an Excel file.

1. On the Complete a Challenge for Players page, locate the For Multiple Players section.
2. Create an Excel file with the .xlsx file extension using the following format:
   • Header row is required
   • 1st column: Players’ email addresses (mandatory)
   • 3rd column: Option text (mandatory)
3. Only data from the second row onwards will be processed. The header row will be ignored.
4. Note that only Excel files with the .xlsx file extension will be accepted.
5. Click on "Choose File" to upload the Excel file.
6. Click “Upload” to complete the Challenge for the selected Players.
