Terminating subscription on a Standard Plan

If you no longer wish to continue with your paid Standard Plan, there are two available options to terminate your subscription:

1. Downgrading to a Basic Plan (recommended!)
2. Deleting the Project

Downgrading to a Basic Plan

If you no longer wish to pay for a subscription but would still like to retain the content you have created and the Project activity accumulated, you can opt for downgrading your subscription to a Basic Plan instead. 

By downgrading:

• All future subscription charges will stop at the end of your current billing cycle.

• You will retain all content and data, including Topics, Challenges, Achievements, and Player activity.

• Your project will continue to function under the Basic Plan limitations (e.g. Ad-free player limits).

✅ Recommended Option — Ideal if you want to keep your project accessible or reuse it later without ongoing costs.

Deleting the Project

If you wish to remove the Project from your account entirely - i.e. not retain content or activity, you can choose to delete the Project. 

By deleting:

• All content and player data will be permanently removed.

• Any associated billing will stop immediately.

• This action is irreversible — deleted projects cannot be restored.
