Accessing Email Template Editor

The Email Template Editor gives you access to the email template source code, allowing you to customize communication emails coming out of Gametize’s system. You may customize elements such as the email subject title and body text, branding logo and social links.

There are five types of email templates available for customization.

• Reward Redemption
• Invitation to Project (for Existing Users)
• Invitation to Project (for New Users)
• Invitation to Topic
• In-Project Notification

 To access the Email Editor

1. Login to you Admin account, entering Admin Dashboard.
2. Search for and select the Project you wish to work on. 
3. On the Project Manager page, via the Navigation Sidebar select  to launch the popup panel.
4. Select "Edit Email Templates" under Presenting Your Project. 
5. Scroll to look for a email template and click on “Edit Template” under the Actions column to begin editing.
