Deleting your Player Account with Gametize

While we are sad to see you leave, we respect your decision to do so. This article covers the following ways to delete your player account with Gametize:

• To request for account deletion via Player Web 
• To request for account deletion via Gametize App 1.0 
• To request for account deletion via Gametize App 2.0 
• To request for account deletion by writing in to the Gametize Support Team

To request for account deletion via Player Web

1. Navigate to the profile settings page where you can update your account information, on the Player Web.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see the "Delete Account" section.

To request for account deletion via Gametize App 1.0

1. Navigate to the profile settings page where you can update your account information, on the Gametize mobile apps.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see the "Delete Account" section.
3. Tap on 

To request for account deletion via Gametize App 2.0

1. Navigate to the profile settings page where you can update your account information, on the Gametize mobile apps.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see the "Delete Account" section.

To request for account deletion by writing in to the Gametize Support Team

To delete your account, please send the following information to privacy@gametize.com, with Subject Title: "I want to delete my account with Gametize"

• Your name
• The email address used for account registration
• If possible, the reason for account deletion

Once we have received your request, our Data Protection Officer will get back to you with a confirmation for account deletion.
