When Admin-only completions are enabled, only Administrators can complete the content on behalf of a Player. This feature is useful when Administrators need greater control over the submissions received.
Note: All content support Admin-only completions except QR Code Challenge, Hangman, Reorder the Objects, Spin the Wheel, Scratch Card and Memory Game. |

Enabling Admin-only completions
To enable Admin-only completions:
- On the Project Manager page, search for and select the Topic where the content is located.
- In the Topic Manager, find the content you want to edit and click on it.
- Scroll down to the Completion Settings section.
- Locate “Limit completions to Admins”.
- Check the option "Only admins may post completions on behalf of players".
- Click "Save" to apply your changes.
Once enabled, Players will no longer be able to attempt the challenge themselves, but they will still be able to access and view the content.
Completing Content on Behalf of Players
This step comes after you have enabled Admin-only completions.

TIP: Administrators may complete a Content on behalf of Players even without enabling Admin-only completions. However, ensure the completion is done with the Player’s acknowledgement and consent. |
