Scheduling to Publish Content

Scheduling content allows you to automatically publish content on a specified date and time, ensuring it becomes available to Players at the automatically without manual intervention.

To set or edit a publish date and time for content:

1. From the Admin Dashboard, select the Project you want to manage.
2. Select the Topic that contains the Content.
3. In the Content list,  create a new content or locate the content you want to schedule publish and click on it.
4. Scroll to the Scheduling and Frequency Settings section and locate Publish this on. 
   • If you are editing a Flashcard, expand View Settings to access this option.
5. Click the date selector to choose a publish date.
6. Optionally, select a publish time from the dropdown list. 
   • The time follows your account's preferred timezone. 
7. If a publish date is selected without a time, the content will be published automatically on the chosen date based on your account's preferred timezone. 
8. Click "Save Details" to apply the schedule.
