2. Enterprise Plans
Every Enterprise Plan supports unlimited Projects, Topics, Challenge Completions, API calls and Integrations. Enterprise plans are subjected to a specified User Limit, based on accumulated Total Users* as shown below:
- Bronze Plan: 300 Users
- Silver Plan: 4,000 Users
- Gold Plan: 5,000 Users
- Platinum Plan: 10,000 Users

*Total Users (who are not suspended)are defined as users with/without any recorded activities related to the account, including browsing the content, completing a challenge, commenting, messaging, data updates. Clients will be provided with a one-month grace period when their Plan’s User Limits are exceeded, before Gametize requests for a Plan upgrade. Your Plan’s User Limit will be reflected on the Quote Document. |

5. Summary of User Experience on Gametize-Powered Solution
- Player users can access their Project(s) and all Topics related to said Project(s) on the Web/Mobile after signing in
- Each Topic will consist of multiple content parts, such as Challenges, Minigames or Flashcards
- Player users can unlock new Challenges by completing existing ones
- Player users can unlock new Topics based after completing existing ones
- Player users can redeem Rewards with the points earned
6. User Profile Module
- Player users can view their own, or other Players’ submissions (Completed Challenges)
- Player users can view their own, or others’ earned points and Achievements (e.g. badges)
- Player users can view their progress in the mission (e.g. “3/16 challenges completed”)
7. Project Module
- A Project is a group of Topics with a general theme – e.g. “English Language Game”
- Player users can be presented with the points and Rewards they earned in individual Projects
- Player users can view the scoreboard in individual/team topic
- Administrator users can create, modify, publish, and unpublish all Projects
8. Topic Module (“Group of Content” Modules)
- A Topic is a group of multiple content parts such as Challenges, Minigames and Flashcards with a general theme – e.g. “Level 1: Introductory challenges”
- Administrator users can create, modify, publish, and un-publish all Topics
9. Content Module (Challenges, Minigames and Flashcards)
- A singular content item can be presented as a Challenge, Minigames or Flashcard.
9.1 Challenge
- A Challenge is an action item for Player users to interact through the app interface
- Submissions/answers to a challenge are termed as ‘completions’.
- Challenges may be created with preset publish and expiry date/time through the Admin dashboard
- Through the Admin dashboard, Administrator users can also determine if the Player users’ completions should be private, i.e. Player users complete their Challenge without having their completions publicly revealed to other Player users.
Player users can complete challenges through the following methods:
- Standard (Player users complete by submitting text or optionally, photos)
- Photo (Player users complete by uploading a relevant photo)
- Video (Player users complete by uploading a relevant video)
- Quiz (Player users complete by selecting a correct answer from a set of multiple-choice options)
- Multiple-Attempt Quiz (Player users can re-attempt the quiz multiple times)
- Poll (Player users can select one or multiple options to a poll question. For Poll Challenges which accept only one answer, Admin users can assign different points to different answers)
- Prediction (Player users complete by selecting a possible outcome. Admin users can assign different points to different possible outcomes)
- Fixed-answer/Passcode (Player users complete by typing in and submitting a correct answer)
- QR Codes (Player users complete by scanning a QR code, mobile-based only)
- Form (A single Challenge with multiple input types, including text, multiple choices)
- Confirmation Challenge (A Challenge with a Call-to-Action button at the bottom, which Player users can click on to complete the Challenge)
- Additional Challenge types might be introduced through system updates anytime during the licensing period
- Player users can vote for completions by other Player users
- Player users can comment on completions and Challenges
- Player users can vote for completions by other Player users

9.2 Flashcard
- A Minigame is an interactive content for Player users to play through the app interface
- Submissions/answers to a minigame are termed as ‘completions’
- Minigames may be created with preset publish and expiry date/time through the Admin dashboard
- Through the Admin dashboard, Admin users can also determine if the Player users’ completions should be private, i.e. Player users complete their Minigame without having their completions publicly revealed to other Player users.
Player users can complete challenges through the following methods:
- Hangman (Player users complete by identifying a word based on a given clue and selecting alphabet letters)
- Reorder The Objects (Player users complete by rearranging a given set of items to the correct order)
- Spin The Wheel (Player users complete by spinning an animated wheel to achieve a random outcome)
- Scratch Card (Player users complete by choosing a random card to scratch)
- Memory Game (Player users complete by memorizing the locations of several pairs of cards and then proceed to match them)
- Additional Minigame types might be introduced through system updates anytime during the licensing period
- Player users can vote for completions by other Player users
- Player users can comment on completions and Challenges
- Player users can vote for completions by other Player users
- Player users can comment on completions and Minigames
9.3 Flashcard
- A Flashcard is an informational element that can be displayed or unlocked with other Challenges
- Player users can vote and comment on Flashcards.
9.4 All Content
- Admin users can embed a YouTube or Vimeo video to all Challenges/Minigames/Flashcards
- Admin users can embed a presentational location map to all Challenges/Minigames/Flashcards by assigning location data
- Admin users can create, modify, publish, and unpublish all Challenges/Minigames/Flashcards
10. Rewards Module
- Rewarding points to Player users through:
- Completing Challenges
- Completing Minigames
- Votes for their completions
- Points are used for 2 purposes broadly: Leaderboard and Redemptions from a Reward store
- Admin users are able to define Rewards and quantity of Rewards in the Admin dashboard
- Player users are able to redeem rewards added by the Admin users with the points they have earned
- The system will debit from the inventory, and allows for tracking of physical redemptions from Player users
11. Moderation and Analytics Module
- Administrator users can delete completions and comments
- Administrator users can reward additional bonus points to specific completions by voting
- Administrator users can view analytics (e.g. application hits, overall posts, most active Player users)
- Administrator users can remove Player users from a project/topic
- Administrator users can download analytics reports (eg. Player users in the project, Challenges completion)
