When you expire a Topic, your Players will no longer be able to enter or interact with the Topic and its content.

Setting an expiry date and time
- Select a Topic you wish to set an expiry date and time and edit the Topic.
- Scroll to the section on “Scheduling Settings” and look for .
- Click on the date selector to select a date (according to your account's preferred timezone).
- After picking a date, you will have the option to add an end time. Simply select a time from the dropdown (according to your account's preferred timezone).
- If you’ve selected an expiry date but did not pick an expiry time, the Topic will automatically expire on the selected date according to your account's preferred timezone.
- To complete, click to save changes.
Editing the publish date and time
- Select a Topic you wish to edit the expiry date and time and edit the Topic.
- Scroll to the section on “Scheduling Settings” and look for .
- You will see that an expiry date has been set. Simply click to reset and select an expiry date (according to your account's preferred timezone).
- You may also select an expiry time from the dropdown (according to your account's preferred timezone).
- To complete, click to save changes.
NOTE: If you no longer wish to schedule the Topic for expiry, simply remove the selected date/time. |
