Unpublishing or deleting Flashcards/Challenges with associated flashcards, challenges, or achievements

Flashcards/Challenges can be associated with other flashcards, challenges, or achievements via content locking rule or achievement rules. This article will cover how when unpublishing or deleting such Flashcards/Challenges, the associated flashcards, challenges, and/or achievements may be impacted.

Unpublishing Flashcards/Challenges with content locking or achievement rules

When unpublishing Flashcards or Challenges, Project Admins will be alerted of the associated flashcards, challenges, and/or achievements. 

• Any flashcards or challenges associated with the content locking rule will be unpublished, but the content will remain locked.
• Any achievements associated with achievement rules will be unpublished, while achievement rules remain.

Deleting Flashcards/Challenges with content locking or achievement rules

When deleting Flashcards or Challenges, Project Admins will be alerted of the associated flashcards, challenges, and/or achievements. 

• The content locking rule on the associated flashcards or challenges will be removed, while the content publish status remains.
• Any achievements associated with the achievement rules will be unpublished AND the rule will be automatically updated to “Only Project Administrator may unlock this”.
