[2FA] Resetting 2FA Verification

If you are still unable to sign in after enabling and setting up 2FA Verification, it could hint that the initial setup might not be done correctly. You have the option to reset 2FA and to do so: 

1. Sign In to your Administrator account at https://gametize.com
2. Once you have entered your account email address and password, you will be prompted for 2FA Verification.
3. On the page where you would need to insert the 6-digit code, click "Reset 2FA".
4. An email notification will be sent to your account email address, guiding you to reset your 2FA password. 
5. On the email, click on "Reset Your 2FA" or copy and paste the URL link to proceed with resetting your 2FA password. 
6. This will direct you to a confirmation page on 2FA password reset.
7. Proceed to sign in to your account again. 
8. Then, go on to enable and set up the 2FA Verification like how you did the first time.
