Publishing or Unpublishing a Team

This makes the selected Team available for Players to view and interact with.

Select a Project for which you wish to publish a Team.
Go to Project Tools.
On the popup menu, scroll to the section “User Management & Awardables” and select “Team Manager”.
You will see a list of Teams that have been created. Search for the one you wish to publish.
Under “Actions”, click .

NOTE: To display Teams that you have created, you will need to enable Teams for the Project.

This makes the selected Team unavailable for Players to view and interact with.

Select a Project for which you wish to unpublish a Team.
Go to Project Tools.
On the popup menu, scroll to the section “User Management & Awardables” and select “Team Manager”.
You will see a list of Teams that have been created. Search for the one you wish to unpublish.
Under “Actions”, click .

NOTE: Unpublishing a Team does not disable all Team functions. To do so, you will need to disable Teams for the Project.

NOTE: Publishing/Unpublishing a Team is different from Enabling/Disabling Teams

Publishing/Unpublishing a Team applies only to a single Team, making it available/unavailable for Players to interact with that selected Team.
Enabling/Disabling Teams applies to all Teams in the Project and affects all Teams functions, e.g. Team leaderboard, memberships, etc.
