For Players to interact with the various Team functions (e.g. Team profile, leaderboards, memberships, etc.), Teams have to be enabled. There are 2 ways to enable or disable Teams:
Enabling or Disabling Teams via Project Manager
- Select a Project you wish to enable/disable Teams. You will be directed to the Project Manager.
- At the top of the page, look for Teams toggle .
- Simply click on the button to enable or disable Teams.
- Green highlighted indicates Teams are enabled .
- Red highlighted indicates Teams are disabled .
Enabling or Disabling Teams by editing Teams Settings
- Select a Project you wish to enable/disable Teams.
- Go to Project Tools.
- On the popup menu, scroll to the section “Player Management” and select “Team Manager”.
- At the top of the page, select .
- In the popup, find the “Enable Teams” section and click on the button to enable or disable Teams.
- Green highlighted indicates Teams are enabled .
- Red highlighted indicates Teams are disabled .
- Click to complete.
