Removing Players from a Team

Removing Players from a Team does not remove the Players’ activities from the Project. However, it does impact the selected Team’s total points and leaderboard ranking. 

There are 2 ways to do so: 

• Remove a single Player from a Team
• Remove multiple Players from a Team via Bulk Actions

To remove a single Player from a Team:

1. Select a Project you wish to remove Players from the Team. 
2. Navigate to Project Tools. 
3. Scroll to the section ‘User Management & Awardables’ and select “Team Manager”. You will see a list of Teams you have created. 
4. Look for the Team you wish to remove Players from. Under the ‘Actions’ column, click . You will see the list of Players belonging to the selected Team. 
5. Search for the Player you wish to remove from the Team. 
6. Under the ‘Actions’ column, click .

To remove multiple Players from a Team via Bulk Actions:

1. Select a Project you wish to remove Players from the Team. 
2. Navigate to Project Tools. 
3. Scroll to the section ‘User Management & Awardables’ and select “Team Manager”. You will see a list of Teams you have created. 
4. Look for the Team you wish to remove Players from. Under the ‘Actions’ column, click. You will see the list of Players belonging to the selected Team. 
5.  In the top right corner, under ‘Bulk Actions’, click .
6.  This will launch a multiple-selection popup window. You can select multiple Teams by:
   1. Searching for the Player’s name or email address
   2. Selecting the checkbox in the header row to select all 
   3. Selecting 1 or more checkboxes from the list
7. Click  to proceed to the confirmation screen and complete the action.
