Activating Maximum Completions allowable in a Content

Activating maximum completions allowable lets you limit the total number of times a Content can be completed by all players. This feature helps simulate a first-come, first-served system—once the limit is reached, the challenge will no longer be available.

To do so:

1. On the Project Manager page, search for and select the Topic where the content is located.
2. In the Topic Manager, find the content you want to edit and click on it.
3. Scroll down to the Scheduling and Frequency Settings section.
4. Locate “Maximum completions allowed”.
5. Enter the maximum number of completions allowed.
   • Default settings is Unlimited completions.
   • Once the Content reaches the maximum number of completions, the Content automatically expires.
6. Click "Save" to apply your changes.
