Reordering Content via Bulk Actions

NOTE: This feature is available to Project Owners and Project Administrators on the Admin Dashboard. 

You can change the display sequence of content within a Topic by reordering it.

To reorder content:

1. From the Project Manager page, select a Topic you would like to reorder the content. 
2. From the Topic Manager, locate the Bulk Actions section under Content List.
3. Click "Reorder Content".
4. On the Reorder Content page, rearrange the content as needed using any of the following methods: 
   1. Drag and Drop - Click and hold a Content card, then drag it to the desired position.
   2. Send to position - Enter the numerical position you want the Content to move to, then click "Send To Position".
   3. Send to top or bottom - Quickly move a Content by selecting "Send to Top" or "Send to Bottom".
5. Once completed, click on "Save".

HOT TIPS: Using the number index to send the Content to a position is especially useful if you have a long list of content.
