Reordering Topics via Bulk Actions

Note: This feature is available to Project Owners and Project Administrators on the Admin Dashboard.

You can change the order in which Topics are displayed by reordering them in the Project Manager.

1. From the Admin Dashboard, select the Project you would like to reorder the topics in.
2. Under Bulk Actions, select Reorder Topics.
3. On the Reorder Topics page, rearrange the Topics using any of the following methods:
   1. Drag and Drop - simply select and hold the Topic card, and drag it to the desired position.
   2. Sending to position - enter the position you wish to send the Topic card to, and click “send to position”.
   3. Send to top / Send to bottom - to move Topic to the top or bottom of the list quickly. 

HOT TIP!

• Using Send to position is especially useful when your Project contains a long list of Topics.
• You can refer to the position number displayed on the left side of the page to confirm the Topic's final position.
