Configuring Community Settings

Community Settings lets you customise how your Project's Community appears to Players.

You can configure:

• Community title
• Community description
• Community banner
• Community background image

These settings affect the appearance of the Community only. They do not change Boards, Posts, Comments, or Player access.

Opening Community Settings

Only Project Owners and Administrators can change Community Settings.

1. Sign in to the Admin Console.
2. Open the relevant Project.
3. Select Community Manager.
4. Select the Settings icon.

Setting the Community Title and Description

Use the Community Title and Community Description fields to introduce the Community to Players.

• Community Title — enter a short name for the Community.
• Community Description — add a welcome message, introduction, or Community guidelines.

Both fields are optional.

Adding a Community Banner

The Community Banner appears at the top of the Community.

To add or change the banner:

1. Select the Community Banner image area.
2. Upload an image from your device or select an existing image from the file library.
3. Preview the selected image.

You can also remove the current banner if it is no longer required.

Adding a Community Background

The Community Background Image appears behind the Community content.

To add or change the background:

1. Select the Community Background image area.
2. Upload an image from your device or select an existing image from the file library.
3. Preview the selected image.

For readability, consider using a simple or low-contrast background image.

Saving your changes

Once you have finished updating the Community:

1. Select Save.
2. Your changes will be applied to the Community.

You can return to Community Settings at any time to update or remove the title, description, banner, or background.

All Community Settings are optional.
