Unpublishing Content

NOTE: When content is unpublished, it becomes available for Players to view and interact with, such as completing the content, voting, or participating in discussions. The content is not deleted and can be published at any time.

There are 2 ways to unpublish Content:

Unpublish a Single Content
Unpublish Multiple Content via Bulk Actions

Unpublishing a Single Content:

Select a Project, then choose the Topic that contains the content you want to unpublish.
Scroll through the content list to locate any Published Content. Published Content appears in full colour.
On the right side of the content card, click "Unpublish".

Unpublishing Multiple Content via Bulk Actions:

Select a Project, then choose the Topic that contains the content you want to unpublish.
At the top of the Content List, under Bulk Actions, select "Unpublish Content".
A multi-selection window will appear, displaying all published content in the Topic.
Select the content you want to unpublish by:
- Searching for the Content Title
- Selecting the checkbox in the header row to select all content, or
- Selecting 1 or more checkboxes from the list
Click "Next" to confirm and complete the action.

NOTE: If you unpublish a Content that is linked to other Content, or Achievements through content locking or Achievement rules, those related items may also be affected. Learn more here.
