[BETA] Creating a Project with AI

Gametize’s AI-powered project creation tool makes it easier than ever to build engaging gamified experiences. Simply describe your project’s objective—be it a training module, onboarding journey, or trivia challenge—and our AI will generate titles, topics, and challenges for you. Customize the results to suit your needs and launch effortlessly. Perfect for both new and experienced creators.

To create a new Project with AI

1. Sign in to your Administrator account at beta.gametize.com.
2. On your dashboard, click "New Project".
3. You will be directed to select a plan - any of the subscription plans (learn more here).
4. You have the options to:
   • Create with AI - which will be used to illustrate the steps in this article
   • Create Manually - learn more here 
   • Use a Project Template - learn more here
   • Import a Project 
5. Click on "Start Now".
6. In the textbox, describe the Project you want and let our AI do the rest.
   • Share your Project's objectives, your target audience and the kind of challenges you want. You can also add a brief storyline and set a tone - whether you want it to be playful or professional.
     • Example: "This is a project for high school students to learn more about the solar system. The students can pretend they are flying through space while answering quizzes and fixed-answer questions."
7. Click on "Create with AI".
8. After your Project is generated, you may customize it further to fit your needs.

To update an existing Project with AI

1. Sign in to your Administrator account at beta.gametize.com.
2. Select a project you would like to create with AI.
3. Select Project Tools and click "Create with AI".
4. In the textbox, describe the Project you want and let our AI do the rest.
   • Share your Project's objectives, your target audience and the kind of challenges you want. You can also add a brief storyline and set a tone - whether you want it to be playful or professional.
     • Example: "This is a project for high school students to learn more about the solar system. The students can pretend they are flying through space while answering quizzes and fixed-answer questions."

       NOTE: Using this tool may update your existing Project details and add new Topics. However, current Topics, their Challenges, and player activities will not be affected.

5. Click on "Create with AI".
6. After your Project is generated, you may customize it further to fit your needs.
