Gametize Account Balance are credits that can be used to offset any future invoices or payments in your account. Account Balance can be credited by authorized personnel in Gametize or purchased on Gametize.com.
This article will cover on the following:
To view account balance:
- Sign in to your Administrator Account at https://gametize.com/signin.
- Expand the Navigation Sidebar and select "Billing" .
- Once on the Billing Information page, everything about your Account Balance is on the right side of the page.

Your account balance will be reflected in terms of money value. (1 Gametize credit = USD 1)
Upgrade/Downgrade Plan with Account Balance
- Sign in to your Administrator account at https://gametize.com/signin.
Navigate to the Project you wish to upgrade or downgrade.
On the Project Dashboard, select the option to change your plan
(this may appear as “Upgrade to Increase My Limit!” or “Upgrade Plan”, depending on your current plan).You will be directed to the Plan Selection page showing all available plans.
Select your preferred plan and click on "Switch To This Plan" button to proceed
- Then, select how often you wish to be billed - monthly or yearly.

Review your order summary and select Account Balance as the payment mode for the subscription.
Note:
- Our system currently does not support changing the payment mode for a particular subscription via the Admin Dashboard. If you would like to change the payment mode, please write in to support@gametize.com for assistance.
- If you have selected Account Balance as your payment mode, your current balance will be reflected on this page and utilized for the subscription.
Once confirmed, the project will be upgraded or downgraded.

Payment failed due to insufficient Account Balance
In the event that there is insufficient Account balance, the Project will fail to be renewed or upgraded/downgraded. You will have to top-up your account balance and upgrade your project plan.
If you have encountered payment failure for a project renewal or upgrade/downgrade, please ensure that you have sufficient account balance for the subscription. If you still encounter issues despite topping-up your account balance, please contact support@gametize.com for assistance.
