If you did not trigger a downgrade to a Basic Plan yourself, your Project on a Paid Plan may have been downgraded for the following reasons:
Payment failure on an existing active credit card
A payment failure typically occurs when the credit card listed under your Billing Information is no longer valid.

If you fail to update the existing active card within the 7 days grace period for payment failure, your paid plan Project will be downgraded 7 days after the date of renewal.
No existing active credit card
To continue your subscription to a paid plan Project upon renewal, you will need to have a valid and active credit card saved under your Billing Information.
If no active credit card is detected at the time of renewal (e.g., the card was removed), your Paid Plan Project will be immediately downgraded to a Basic Plan, with no grace period.
