Note: This feature is only available for Super Admin on the Enterprise Platform.
In the case that a user on your platform is unable to reset their own password, you can reset the password of any User on the platform.
You have the option to:
To Reset User Password
- On the Admin Dashboard, click on "Super Admin" on the left sidebar
- In the pop-up panel, select "User Account Management".
- Navigate to the section "Password Management".
- Go to the section "Reset User Password".
- Go on to input the following fields:
- Email of the user
- New Password
- To notify the user of the new password, select the checkbox "Send email notification to user".
- Click "Reset Password" to reset the password. This user will now be able to sign in to their account using the new, specified password.
To Reset Multiple User Passwords
- On the Admin Dashboard, click on "Super Admin" on the left sidebar
- In the popup panel, select "User Account Management".
- Navigate to the section "Password Management".
- Go to the section "Reset Multiple User Passwords".

Prepare the Excel sheet for upload as follows:
- 1st column: Users' email addresses
- 2nd column: Users' password
- Save the file as .xlsx.
- Click "Choose File" to select the .xlsx file you have created.
- To notify the user of the new password, select the checkbox "Send email notifications to users".
- Click "Reset Passwords" to reset the password. All affected Users will now be able to sign in to their account using the new, specified password.
