Note: This feature is only available for Super Admin on the Enterprise Platform.
The Image Library Manager allows Super Admins to upload, organize, and manage images used across projects on the Enterprise Platform. This helps ensure consistency and makes it easier to reuse assets without re-uploading them multiple times.

Accessing the Image Library Manager
To access Image Library Manager:
- On the Admin Dashboard, click on "Super Admin" on the left sidebar.
- Click "Super Admin".
- On the pop-up panel, select “Image Library Management”.
- You will be directed to the Image Library Manager page. If any existing images, categories and keywords have been added, you will see those on this page.
Adding a New Image
To add a new image to Image Library Manager:
- Navigate to the Image Library Manager page.
- On the Image Library Manager page, click on "+ New Image". You will be able to see a pop-up form to add the new image's information.
- In this pop-up form, you will be able to include the following information:
- Upload the image by clicking on "Upload New Image" and navigate to the desired image you want to add.
- Image Name
- Image category and keyword - It is recommended to include any relevant categories and keywords as this will assist Project Admins when searching for a specific group of images in the future.
- To add a category/keyword, click on their respective input fields and type out the category/keyword you would like to assign to this image. Press Enter to assign the category/keyword to the image.
- Once all the image information is filled up, click on "Save Image" to save your new image on the Image Library Manager.
Editing an Existing Image
- Navigate to the Image Library Manager page.
- Search for the existing image you want to edit.
- Click on the desired image's icon. You will be able to see a pop-up form to update the image's information.
- Edit your desired image information. There will be further guides on how to change the following editable information:
- Click on "Save Image" to successfully save your changes.
Re-assigning Image Categories and Keywords
- To add a new category/keyword, click on their respective input fields and type out the category/keyword you would like to assign to this image. Press the "Enter" key to successfully assign this new category/keyword to the image.
- To delete an existing category/keyword, click on the "x" icon beside the category/keyword you would like to delete. There will be no need to confirm your deletion of the category/keyword.
Deleting an Existing Image
- Navigate to the Image Library Manager page.
- Search for the existing image you want to edit.
- Click on the desired image's icon. You will be able to see a pop-up form of the image's information.
- At the bottom of the pop-up form, click on "Delete this image". You will be directed to confirm your deletion.
Searching for Existing Images
You may search for existing images by category or keyword.
Search by Category
- Navigate to the Image Library Manager page.
- On the left side of the page, it will show all categories and keywords available.
- Select the category under this list that would best suit your use case. For example, if the image you are looking for is food-related, you may select the "Food" category.
Search by Keyword
- Navigate to the Image Library Manager page.
- Click on the search input field.
- Type in a keyword related to the image you would like to find. For example, if you are looking for an image of a doughnut, you can type in the keyword "doughnut". You can refer to the list of existing keywords under Keywords on the same Image Library Manager page for ideas.
- Once you have finished typing the keyword you would like to search, press the "Enter" key to initiate the image search. There will be a filtered result of images that contain the keyword you have typed in.
Hot tip: If you misspell the keyword in the input field, there will be alternative keyword suggestions based on the keyword you have searched. You may select the suggested keyword search that was your intended keyword instead of re-typing the keyword in the input field.
