Joining a Team via an invitation, on Web

Invitation to join a Team can be sent by existing Team members of a Team. To join a Team via an invitation on the Gametize Player Web: 

  1. Search and select a Project which you received the invitation in. 
  2. Go on to view your notifications - you have to select a Project first.
  3. If you have received an invitation to join a Team, you will see such a notification that saysnotification_-_team_invite.jpeg. 
  4. Click on the notification. This will direct you to the team profile which you have been invited to. 
  5. In the top right corner, tap 3_dots_more.png and select web_join_team.png.
  6. You are now part of the selected Team!

NOTES: 

  • You can only join one Team in a Project. 
  • You may not be able to join a Team if the selected Team has reached its maximum size. 
  • Once you have joined a Team, you are unable to create a new Team in the same Project. 
  • You may leave a Team unless you are a Team Creator (i.e. created a Team). In such a case, Admins have to remove you from the Team before you are able to join another.
