Retrieving Media File Link from File Manager

Note: This feature is only available on Enterprise Platform.

File Manager is a feature that allows Administrators to upload and manage media files that can be used for any project on the Enterprise Platform.

To use an uploaded file in the File Manager, you will need to retrieve the file as a URL. To do so: 

1. Select a Project on the Admin Dashboard and click "Project Tools". 
2. Click on "File Manager".
3. Search for the media file which you would like to retrieve. 
4. Under Actions, click on "Get Embed URL".
5. You can now paste the link in a text editor temporarily, or embed it in a Content.
