Note: This feature is only available on the Enterprise Platform.
The File Manager is a feature that allows Administrators to upload and manage media files for use across projects on the Enterprise Platform. Each project also includes its own File Manager that can be used to upload and organize files specific to that project.
Media files accepted include:
- Videos
- PDFs
- Images (jpeg, png, gif, etc.)
To upload a media file to the File Manager for a specific project:
- From the Admin Dashboard, select a Project and click "Project Tools".
- Click "File Manager".
- Click on "Choose File"
- Browse your local drive and select the file you want to upload. Once selected, the file name will appear under the same section.
- Click "Upload".
- Once the file is successfully uploaded, it will appear under "Uploaded Files".
To upload a media file to the File Manager for use across projects:
Note: This feature is only available to Super Admins on the Enterprise Platform.
- On the Admin Dashboard, click on "Super Admin" on the left sidebar
- In the pop-up panel, select "File Manager".
- Click on "Choose File"
- Browse your local drive and select the file you want to upload. Once selected, the file name will appear under the same section.
- Click "Upload".
- Once the file is successfully uploaded, it will appear under "Uploaded Files".
