Sorting uploaded media files in the File Manager

Note: This feature is only available on the Enterprise Platform.

The File Manager is a feature that allows Administrators to upload and manage media files for use across projects on the Enterprise Platform. Each project also includes its own File Manager that can be used to upload and organize files specific to that project.

You also have the option to sort the media files uploaded in the File Manager. To do so:

1. If you would like to sort media files in the Project File Manager, select a Project from your dashboard and go to "Project Tools".
2. If you would like to sort media files in the Platform File Manager, click "Super Admin" on the left sidebar.
3. In the popup panel, select "File Manager".
4. Under Uploaded Files, you will see three sorting options.
5. You can sort the uploaded files by:
   • Filename (alphabetical order)
   • File Type (groups files of the same type together)
   • Timestamp
6. Based on your selection, you can also sort the files in ascending or descending order.
