If the Project Administrator has enabled Teams and you are assigned a Team, you will see the option to chat within your team. There are two ways to access the Team Inbox:
Via Side Navigation Bar
- Search for a Project.
- From the Project home screen, tap on the Project image on the top left next to the Project Title, and this will expand the menu.
- Tap on "Inbox".
- Go into the Messages tab by tapping on .
- Select the window titled “Team Message”.
- Select the text field to type a message you would like to send to your Team. Tap on to send the message.
- All Team Members in the team will see the message sent.
- You will be able to view messages sent by other Team Members in this window as well.
Via Teams Page
- Search for a Project.
- From the Project home screen, simply tap on the bottom right and tap on the "Teams" button.
- You will then see the Teams in the Project.
- Tap on to launch the team inbox. You can also tap on your team and tap on to access the team inbox.
- Select the text field to type a message you would like to send to your Team. Tap on to send the message.
- All Team Members in the team will see the message sent.
- You will be able to view messages sent by other Team Members in this window as well.
