Sending Project Enquiries to Administrators, on App

Messages you send here are Project Enquiries that go directly to the Administrator's Inbox. This is also where all your reporting forms go. This article covers the following:

• Sending Project Enquiries to Administrators on Gametize App 1.0

Sending Project Enquiries to Administrators on Gametize App 1.0

1. Search for a Project. 
2. Launch the Inbox by tapping .
3. Go to the Messages tab by tapping on .
4. Select the window titled “Feedback/Help”.
5. Select the text field to type a message you would like to send to the Project Administrators. Tap on to send the message. 
6. You will be able to see the replies from Administrators here as well. 

Sending Project Enquiries to Administrators on Gametize App 2.0

1. Search for a Project. 
2. From the Project home screen, tap on the Project image on the top left next to the Project Title, and this will expand the menu.
3. Tap on "Inbox".
4. Go to the Messages tab by tapping on .
5. Select the window titled “Feedback/Help”.
6. Select the text field to type a message you would like to send to the Project Administrators. Tap on  to send the message. 
7. You will be able to see the replies from Administrators here as well.
