Note: This feature is only available for Super Admin on the Enterprise Platform.
As a Super Admin, you can manage user access by suspending or unsuspending Players or Administrators.
- If a user is automatically suspended due to multiple failed login attempts, you can unsuspend them to restore access.
- If you need to restrict a user’s access, you can suspend them to prevent login and interaction with platform content.
To suspend/unsuspend a User:
- On the Admin Dashboard, click on "Super Admin" on the left sidebar.
- Click "Super Admin".
- In the pop-up panel, select "User Search".
- Search the user email address or user name in the search bar and hit the "Enter" key.
- You will see a list of Users that match your search.
- Under the Actions column, click on "Suspend User" or "Unsuspend User".
- You will be prompted with a confirmation modal to confirm your action.
To suspend/unsuspend multiple Users using Bulk Actions :
- On the Admin Dashboard, click on "Super Admin" on the left sidebar.
- Click "Super Admin".
- In the pop-up panel, select "User Search".
- Select Suspend Users or Unsuspend Users under Bulk Actions.
- You will see the Select From List tab in the pop-up windows.
- This will launch a multi-selection pop-up window. You can select multiple Users by:
- Search for the User name or email address
- Select the checkbox in the header row to select all
- Select 1 or more checkboxes from the list
- Click on Next to proceed to the confirmation screen and complete the action.
