Video Content Creation and Management Best Practices for Admins
It has been said enough why video is a must-have in mobile learning strategy and many sharings on best practices on creating video content for learners. We are not going to repeat the benefits here, and we believe you experts out there know better than we do. To top it all off, there are many tools available for video creation.
On Gametize, we made it easy for you to include those video content that you have painstakingly created - with our URL embedding feature. But keep in mind, before you embed the video, make sure that it is available online. Our favorite video sharing and management platforms are Youtube and Vimeo. Not only are they easy to use, but there are also custom settings for you to restrict access to the videos. Our favorite setting is the ability to change the thumbnail displayed to your Players when you embed the video. Here’re the quick tutorials for Youtube and Vimeo.
If you are looking to create user-generated video content within your Gametize Project, Video Challenge is the way to go! Learn how to create one here and note the caveats!
There are ongoing discussions on how to improve the Video Challenge feature. Check them out and vote for the one you like the most (or all of them:))!

I would like to add an additional tip, from my personal capacity: Compressing in h264 codec will be most optimal if you are directly embedding a video into the embedded link. It allows for streaming before the video is fully loaded.
You can see the web challenge here: https://app.gametize.com/challenge/161007
