The Inbox, for Administrators, is now official

After months of Beta testing, the Inbox is now officially release. We are not playing bias here - the Inbox is not an Admin-exclusive function. We are rolling out this communication feature in iterations. 

This first release focuses on allowing Project Administrators to receive Project-related enquiries from their Players, specifically via the Messages window. The enquiries include: 

• Reporting on another Player’s Challenge completion - triggered when the Players have questions on a particular Challenge completion of another Player
• Reporting on another Player - triggered when the Players have questions on another Player’s behaviour or activity in the Project
• Challenge Enquiry - triggered when the Players have questions on a Flashcard or Challenge content

Are you managing multiple Projects, and potentially a large number of Players? There are filters that separate the messaged based on Projects. Learn more here.

However, do note the caveat. The function to reply to these messages from within the Messages window is still a work-in-progress. For the time being, please reply to the reportee’s enquiries using email.
