More about Platform Analytics – User Summary

Note: This feature is only available for Super Admin on the Enterprise Platform.

The User Summary provides Super Admins with an overview of user-related statistics across the Gametize platform. This helps administrators monitor account creation, sign-in & application access.

To access the User Summary:

1. On the Admin Dashboard, click on "Platform Analytics" on the left sidebar.
2. In the pop-up menu, select “User Summary”.
3. Use the filter at the top of the page to select the reporting period you want to review.

The User Summary section may include platform-wide user statistics such as:

• Total number of Users
• Total admin accounts
• Account creation method
• Suspended Users
• Not Activated Users
• Sign-in method and application access statistics
