More about Platform Analytics - Activity Summary

Note: This feature is only available for Super Admin on the Enterprise Platform.

The Activity Summary provides Super Admins with an overview of activities across all Applications and Projects on the Enterprise platform. This helps administrators monitor how actively users are participating by tracking interactions such as completions, comments, submissions, and other engagement activities.

To access the Activity Summary:

1. On the Admin Dashboard, click on "Platform Analytics" on the left sidebar.
2. In the pop-up menu, select “Activity Summary”.
3. Use the filter at the top of the page to select the reporting period you want to review.

The Activity Summary section may include platform-wide engagement statistics such as:

1. Sign-ins & Application Access

   • Users with Logins: Number of Users who signed in to the Admin Dashboard or any application during this period. Administrators who signed in to the Admin Dashboard are also included. Existing sessions are excluded. 
     • You may click on the metrics to view the data in greater detail. 
   • Players with Logins: Number of Players who signed in to any mobile or web application during this period. Existing sessions are excluded.
   • Players with App Access: A player is treated to have "accessed" any application if we detect that an action has been performed. These actions include login, logout and opening/closing any application.
     • You may click on the metrics to view the data in greater detail. 
   • Players with Project Access: Number of Players who have accessed any Projects in any mobile or web application. Date filter is only used for the first and last log entries.

2. Activity Overview

   • Completions: Number of Completions across all Projects
   • Comments: Number of Comments across all Projects
   • Votes: Number of Votes across all Projects

3. Players Interactions

   • Players with Interactions: Number of Players with any of these activities in any Project: Completed any Challenges, Cast/received Votes on any Completion, Posted any Comment, or Liked any Flashcard. Content that are unpublished, archived or expired are also included.
   • Players with Completions: Number of Players with Completions in any Project
   • Players with multiple Completions: Number of Players with multiple Completions in any Projects
