Sending Inbox Message to a single Administrator

Note: This feature is only available for Super Admin on the Enterprise Platform.

This is a platform-wide message, where you broadcast an inbox message to a specific Administrator.

To send a message to a single Administrator: 

1. On the Admin Dashboard, click on "Super Admin" on the left sidebar.
2. Select “Notification & Messages”.
3. Click the “Messaging” tab. 
4. Locate ”Send Inbox Message to a single Admin in the Admin Dashboard”. 
5. Input the Administrator's email address.
6. Input the message you would like to send out. 
7. Click "Send". 
8. Administrators will receive the message via their inbox in the Admin Dashboard.
